Accor New Year, New View Promotion
As part of their latest new year promotion, Accor is offering 3rd night free at city hotels and 5th night free at resorts across North America.
Some properties might not be participating though.
You need to book your stay by January 19th, 2022 for stays up to May 31st, 2022 to get the promotional free night.
The promotional free night is given as a discount on the booking rate. Therefore, it cannot be used later or transferred.
A prepaid deposit of one night is required to reserve these rates. Now whether the deposit is refundable or not, depends on the property.

Think of this as a Buy 2 Nights Get 1 Night Free at city hotels and Buy 4 Nights and Get 1 Night Free at resorts.
It’s a decent discount, especially at city hotels. Of course, if your local situation allows you to travel in the first place.
