The booking is not refundable in most cases. Be sure that there is no possibility of a lockdown or cancellation of trains, flights etc before you book.
Generally I wouldn’t advise risking 14 night charges ever, not just during the current times.
Having said that, there are some really good deals available under this promotion. It’s a tough call.
