Flexible but differs from property to property
This rate is flexible. However, the conditions vary from property to property. Some hotels may allow you to cancel 3 days prior to arrival without a penalty and some might even allow up to a day prior.

Assuming any hotel, city, or flights from a country can be put under restrictions anytime, it’s not advisable to book a non-refundable rate at the moment.
