The bookings may be fully refundable if canceled more than one day prior to the arrival date. Post that there would be no refund.
Note that the offer terms state that you will not get any refund at all and not just first night charges as cancellation fees. However, be sure to check the cancellation policy of the property and the rate you are booking.
