It’s interesting that this is not an all out non-refundable rate, and can be cancelled or modified. The terms will vary from property to property, but the rates seem to be flexible for most properties.

It’s the best time to book a Kimpton, if you can find the availability at your preferred property. Being a refundable rate, you have the flexibility to book your stay even if the travel plan is not confirmed. In case you modify the dates later, as expected, you won’t get the same rates.
