The stay should be booked between September 6, 2022 (12:01 AM EDT) and September 21, 2022 (11:59 PM EDT) and completed on or before December 31, 2022.
You also need to stay a minimum of 3 nights at the same property to get these bonus points.
Note that this promotion is for Homes and Villas by Marriott only and not applicable on hotels. There are several other Marriott promotions that you can use with hotels.
This promotion doesn’t require any registration.
The offer is applicable only on bookings made through the Homes & Villas by Marriott International website (HVMI platform).
If you book via a third-party online retailer, just like hotels, you don’t earn any base points, elite status points, promotional bonus points or any Marriott Bonvoy related benefits. The prices on other platforms might be cheaper at times, though.
Full Redemption and Cash & Points redemption stays are not eligible for the promotion. Members electing to earn miles are not eligible for this promotion.
Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMI Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.
