Marriott is offering 1000 bonus points per night for stays at Marriott Homes & Villas properties.
Registration is not required for this promotion.
You need to book your stay by April 26th, 2022. The stay should be between May 1st, 2022 and July 31st, 2022 to earn bonus points with this promotion.
Home rentals are great for bigger groups (where you need 2 or more rooms) or if you want to stay for a longer period.
However, given that how expensive Marriott Homes & Villas can be, 1000 bonus points per night is just not enough to change plans, IMHO.
Good to know
- 2 or more consecutive nights required at the same property to earn bonus points.
- Stays of two or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period – from May 1, 2022, up to and including nights stayed on or before July 31, 2022.
- These points are in addition to the base points and any elite bonus points you would earn for your stay.
- Bookings via third-party sites, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased etc. are not eligible for earning points or bonus points.
Conclusion
Marriott Homes & Villas are generally not cheap. Marriott can do much better with promotions for them.
I am not sure how lucrative is 1000 points per night, for properties priced $700 per night.
