You can earn 1,500 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points per stay when you stay for two or more nights at participating properties worldwide. If your stay is at a participating resort, you’ll earn an additional 3,000 points, taking the total to 4,500 bonus points per stay.
You need to register by 13 November 2026 and complete eligible paid nights between 22 September and 22 November 2026. Only eligible stays completed after registration count, so register before your next stay.
How the Offer Works
Register for Marriott’s promotion, then book an eligible paid stay of at least two nights under the same reservation.
- Participating hotels: 1,500 bonus points per qualifying stay.
- Participating resorts: 4,500 bonus points per qualifying stay, including the additional 3,000-point resort bonus.
- Bonus cap: No limit on the number of qualifying stays.
- Registration window: 9 September–13 November 2026.
- Eligible nights: 22 September–22 November 2026.
This is a per-stay bonus, not a per-night bonus. Staying longer won’t increase the promotional award for that stay.
If your stay crosses the start or end of the promotion, Marriott says it can still qualify provided at least two nights fall within the earning period. Consecutive nights at the same property under the same reservation count as one stay, regardless of check-in or checkout activity.
Which Bookings Qualify?
You need to book a points-eligible paid rate through Marriott or another qualifying channel. Marriott’s website, app, participating properties and customer engagement centres are among the eligible channels.
The main exclusions are:
- Award stays, including Points redemptions, Cash + Points and Free Night Awards.
- Most third-party online travel agency rates and certain travel agency rates.
- Stays at BVLGARI, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Marriott Executive Apartments.
- Owner-occupied weeks at the vacation ownership and residence clubs listed in the promotion’s terms.
Only one room at one property per stay counts towards the promotion. You also need to earn Bonvoy points rather than airline miles.
Homes & Villas Earns the Smaller Bonus
Eligible Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays of two or more nights under the same reservation can earn 1,500 bonus points.
They don’t qualify for the additional 3,000-point resort bonus, so don’t assume a vacation rental in a resort destination earns the full 4,500 points.
When Will the Points Arrive?
The two parts of the bonus have different posting timelines:
- The regular 1,500-point bonus: Within 10 business days after checkout, posting with the stay.
- The additional 3,000-point resort bonus: Up to eight weeks after the promotion ends.
- Homes & Villas bonus points: Up to eight weeks after the promotion ends.
If your resort stay initially posts only the smaller bonus, the additional points may simply be following the longer timeline.
Is It Worth Using?
If you already have an eligible two-night stay planned, this is worth registering for. The resort bonus makes participating resorts more rewarding, but it isn’t a reason to pay substantially more or add an unnecessary night.
