amã Stays & Trails, a chain of curated bungalows by Taj Hotels, is offering up to 50% off on long term stays.
You need to book by January 31st, 2022 for stays up to September 30th, 2022.

It’s an excellent discount, especially because amã Stays & Trails is generally not a part of regular Taj promotions.
The good part
The good part about this promotion and stays with amã Stays & Trails in general is:
- Almost all properties are beautiful and well maintained.
- All meals are included in the price.
- You get Taj service without the feeling of being stuck in a hotel.
- They also claim to have EV charging facilities at their properties. (Could be just a plug next to the parking.)
Even though the properties are priced on the higher side, if you have just the right number of guests, it might work out pretty economical. These are bungalows we are talking about, so a lot many people can stay there.
Not so good part
Well, you need to prepay 100% to book your stay and the booking is non-refundable.
A non-refundable booking during Covid times is generally not a good idea. To add to that, these are expensive properties.
Not sure why would Taj put such a condition for booking.
The other not-so-good part is that there are not too many properties and it won’t be easy to find one for 30+ days, unless you book months in advance.
Bottomline
Even though it’s a great offer, I am not sure I am ready to book non-refundable rates yet. Lockdown rules and other covid related restrictions are changing on daily basis in India.
