In Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Lebanon, the offer is available for weekend stays from now until September 12th, 2022. Stay must be booked a minimum of 1 day before arrival.
A weekend stay is defined as Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday nights and in the Middle East (excluding the UAE, Turkey, Lebanon, Morocco, Africa) as Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday nights.
For participating, Hilton properties in Europe, the Middle East (excluding those above) United Kingdom and Ireland, the offer is available for all days of the week. Stays should be completed between July 27th, 2022 and September 12th, 2022.
No refund, cancelation, or modification available.
This is a very strict rate. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and there is no possibility to change the dates or cancel the reservation later.
The only exception being the cases that are under German law and may be entitled to a 10% refund.

The discount varies by the brand. Members get 5% extra discount. You can always join for free and get extra discount that is available for members only.

Conclusion
It’s a good offer if you have confirmed plans for stays in the near future. It’s sad to see Hilton going down the path of such strict rates after some well thought, and flexible policies during the pandemic.
