Cancellation Policy

Each resort will have its own cancellation policy, but according to the offer’s terms, a non-refundable deposit for one night is required at the time of booking. The policy includes both cancellations and no-shows.

Before the hotel’s cancellation deadline, bookings can be changed, taking into account minimum stay requirements. However, changing the booking date may result in different pricing. If a cancellation occurs after the cancellation deadline or if there is a no-show, the customer will be charged for the first night of their stay.

I prefer a one-day cancellation charge, compared to rates where all nights must be prepaid and are non-refundable. For a discounted stay, forfeiting one night’s charge seems fair.
