How to redeem Taj points for best value?

If you’re looking to get the best value out of your NeuCoins or Taj points, redeeming them via the app using NeuPass special rates for members is recommended. These rates usually offer 20% to 30% off on stays at Taj Hotels and can be found in the book hotels section of the TataNeu App.

In any case, it’s better to first call the property and confirm that you would be using NeuCoins for part of full payment.

If the booking is not prepaid, you can also redeem your NeuCoins directly at hotel check-in counters by providing your phone number. An OTP will then be generated for redemption purposes.
